

Your player is 99% NOT the cause of the error. From my research on the net the problem lies in the firmware not being downloaded correctly and being transferred to the thumb drive. Once this is done you are pretty much home free. Take the file you downloaded and drag and drop it onto the thumb drive folder. This is just to make sure that we can rule out other data on the usb drive causing problems. Then make sure you have a thumb drive that is completely empty.
